It could be...: You don't say how you felt on the Anafranil (clomipramine) and how come you went off it, but if it had been helping you, even at such a low dose, it is very possible that you are feeling a big difference now that you stopped it. Please discuss this with your dr, you may want to go back on it if it was really so helpful to you. Sometimes one does not realize how much a med is doing until they go off it....
