Blood level best guide: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16585942 1. Mol psychiatry. 2006 jul;11(7):622-32. Epub 2006 apr 4. There is a broad range of doses for clomipramine because the blood levels vary greatly from person to person. Therefore the best guide is a serum blood level. Your doctor can order that. As far as antipsychotics go, Haldol (haloperidol) and Risperdal have supportive data for their use in treatment resistant ocd.
