I take mirtazapone 15 mg and ambien (zolpidem) 10mg at bed time to sleep . if i desided i wanted to stop taking both meds how would i go about doing it safely?

The prescribing doc: Holds the answer. You have insomnia of unspecified etiology at 24 years of age and prescribed 2 sedating drugs, a sedative and an anti-depressant with sedative properties. Most likely no serious harm will be experienced with abrupt cessation, the prescribing doctor should be filled in your plan.
