Well: Well concerned enough to have it checked out, but not concerned that it is breast cancer until further studies are done.

Go to DR!: Any time you feel a lump, especially one that sounds so clearly defined as the way you describe yours, you should go immediately to get it checked out. Don't wait. It may turn out to be nothing, but find out asap !
