A member asked:

I have a pea sized lump on my cleavage in between my breasts. it hurts when touched and moves when touched. i recently had my period and not sure if this is due to my period. although this hasnt happened before. is there anything to be worried?

Lump: Since this lump doesn't involve breast tissue, it shouldn't have anything to do with your period or hormones. It could be an ingrown hair, inclusion cyst, wen or lipoma. It is most likely a benign lesion. The fact that it's tender suggests some inflammation/ irritation and if there's associated redness it would be a good idea to have a physician examine it.
