Yes some: Many abnormal pregnancies cannot go to term and end in miscarriages, many 'abnormal' pregnancies can go to term: these are what we call congenital abnormalities or 'birth defects.'.

Abnormality dpndt: Ability to carry a pregnancy to term is dependent on the type of abnormality. Some disorders such as anencephaly lead to pregnancies that even go postterm. We'll need more specifics to answer your question.
