Oral surgery was 11 days ago, at extraction site there is some discomfort, i can see the tissue is inflamed in between the bone cavities. what do i do?

Could be dry: Socket, or infection - go back to dentist!

Post surgical care is part of the treatment process, so please call for a reevaluation. After examination decision can be made as to whether healing is progressing normally or whether a revision is required.
