Oral surgery was 11 days ago, at extraction site there is some discomfort, i can see the tissue is inflamed in between the bone cavities. what do i do?

Could be dry: Socket, or infection - go back to dentist!

Call your dentist: Call your dentist in order to pose that question and ask whether or not they want to see you now to evaluate it. Normal post-operative care is part of the responsibility of the treating doctor. You should be seen until complete healing is assured.

Revaluation: Please call the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon who did your surgery. That is the individual most familiar with your particular circumstances. Post surgical care is part of the treatment process, so please call for a reevaluation. After examination decision can be made as to whether healing is progressing normally or whether a revision is required.
