Different causes: Fever with belly pain usually indicates some sort of infection like virus. However, belly pain in children should be evaluated by a doctor on person. A few things you can do at home is to make sure the child is not constipated, stick to bland diet like rice, egg, chicken soup until the pain is better. Do not feed if child refuses.
