My toddler threw up twice about 12 hours apart, has no appetite, but no fever, and seems fine otherwise. is it just a stomach bug?

Vomiting Toddler: It may be a stomach virus, or just upset stomach from something he ate.If the throwing up was twice and 12 hours apart and he ate and drank inbetween and no vomiting, then continue to feed him, but if he continues to vomit then he should be on clear liguid and pedialyte.And if he keeps nothing down then take him to er or your pediatrician.
