Hypoaldo & edema: It would be rare for a person with a low aldosterone to have edema. But would depend on kidney function, cause of low aldo and salt intake. If you have had both kidneys removed which causes low aldo then you will get edema related to how much salt you eat. if your aldo is low because u eat way to much salt you might have edema. If no adrenals is causing low aldo then rare to have edema
