My questions are: 1. What condition is being treated? POTTS? Autonomic Dysfunction? Something else? 2. What dose did your doctor indicate to you? 3. When dealing with people who have autonomic dysfunction of some sort I always respect the variability of the individual and start at 10mg. qd (or less) and titrate up very slowly. 4. Goal is to use the absolute minimum dose to get the clinical effect- no more.
