No Medication?: I am not familiar with the linden method but would recommend you find a good psychologist to help your with your question. An evidence based non medication method for ocd/anxiety is jeffrey m schwartz's 4 step solution but you need the help of a good psychologist/counselor for a cognitive behavioral approach. You should also have a good physical exam to make sure you are physically healthy.
