Can seasonal allergies make me light headed ?

It certainly can..: Significant allergies can cause misery for many..Myself included! it can cause itchy eyes, runny/stuffy nose--nasal congestion in turn can block sinuses causing pressure/infections which can cause dizziness. Sneezing itself can cause dizziness..Especially when u r doing 4-5 of them in a row..Not fun. Otc zyrtec/claritin/benadryl may help. If not adequate, consult doc..Good luck.

Not usually: Seasonal allergies or nasal inflammation (rhinitis) cause sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, post-nasal drip, pressure around your eyes, itchy eyes, blocked ears. Light headedness is unusual with seasonal rhinitis and if it is not controlled when your rhiniits is controlled, then consult your md.
