Yes: Many otc cold and sinus medications are safe, ask your doctor what is best. The neti-pot is known to increase the risk for severe infections.

Several Options: Nasal congestion in pregnancy can be related to pregnancy and / or underlying allergy. Nasal saline ( either nasal spray or nets pet) is a reasonable first line choice. If that is not helpful then one, with physician guidance, could consider nasal cromolyn and /or nasal steroids.
