Hello! sometimes when i (f23) go for a run i hear this clicking type of voice. it almost seems like its coming from the back of my head. what this could be? i have quite a lot of neck muscle pain because of office job and also seasonal allergies?

Sounds emanating from the back of the neck are usually caused by ligaments moving or by gas bubbles which form in neck joints. This is rarely a serious condition. An orthopedic specialist could evaluate & advise you. Any appropriate testing will be done. To relieve muscle discomfort heat applications, stretching,improvement of posture should help.
