Allergies : While it might be nice to think about moving to the tropics during tree season, this is not really practical for most of us. Consider seeing an allergist to discuss immunotherapy, also known as allergy shots. They can be highly effective. If you want to take medication, be sure to start before you are exposed to the allergen. Nasal steroids and antihistamines work best before the reaction begins
