"Bulging discs": Mean absolutely nothing in and of themselves. They seem to be a common complaint but are not usually accompanied by relevant symptoms and you have not said anything about how you feel. If one did a lumbosacral MRI of 100 people there is no way to tell who had and who did not have any symptoms simply by looking at the scans. So, do you have any symptoms that could be related to "bulging discs"?

May be not: Bulging disk or herniated disk could be found in people with or without significant back pain. Back pain with radicular symptoms may require neurosurgical evaluation.
