Are there medical treatments to remove toxoplasmosis infection from my body?

Yes: Acute stages should respond to Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and latent stages to Atovaquone or maybe clindamycin. Talk to an infectious disease specialist.

See below: In immunocompetent persons toxoplasmosis infections leads to a chronic latent infection without clinical consequence. 10-20% can develop a self limited mononucleosis like illness that does not need treatment. In immunodeficient persons toxo can cause severe infections that can require treatment with various antibiotics including Pyrimethamine with folinic acid plus sulfadiazine or clindamycin.
