Not usually: Most girls have their growth spurt 2 years before and 2 years after the beginning of their periods. At this late date, you are unlikely to increase your height any further. There really isn't anything you can do about your height at this age (or most ages- it's usually related to your genetics). Accept who you are and focus on your strengths and other qualities.
