Gender? : Females are done growing by 16-17 years old. Males can grow until their 20's. Regardless, you cannot increase your height. That is genetically determined. Male or female, your ultimate height is inherited.

No change: At age 20 your bones are fully grown, they will not grow any more. Having sex will have no effect on your height.
