No Benefits From GH: At 20 yrs, you are at your adult height; GH will not benefit you. Height is genetically determined. Growth in males is complete by age 18-19 yrs. Be aware: oral GH is poorly absorbed into the body; supplements have no effects. It is important for you to have a positive self image. Realize that attractiveness comes in all shapes but feeling attractive comes from within. Work on your self-esteem.

Wishful thinking: The growth centers that allow you to grow taller close after completion of puberty and turn into solid bone. Once closed, no HGH, diet supplement, exercise or any other agent can re-open them to more growth. Failure to grow taller in a 2 year period is a simple way to know your growth is finished.
