Not possible: A 23 year-old is not growing taller because his growth plates have fused. To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing & shoes, and have good posture. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person taller (height is mainly genetic/familial in the U.S.).
