Shouldn't : Maybe you should see an ENT and be evaluated for a tonsillectomy. Depends on your total number of infections in a year.

Get a throat: Culture ; sensitivity- dought gerd the cause. I've had pt's that were carriers ; when we found right antibiotic , it did the trick.

Throat culture,: And make sure you are not getting reinfected, after 3 days on antibiotics get a new toothbrush, you may need to see if anyone around you is an asymptomatic carrier, .
