Yes you need to ---: Worry, as if the infection doesn't clear up in a few days time, then you need to go back tot he pcp or an orthopod, so he can help to get rid of it. If the pain gets severe or redness spreads or red streaking appear going up the arm, with swelling around the wounds, or you get throbbing in it, are all signs to be concerned about. Good luck.
