I had an ultrasound and was diagnosed with a uterine fibroid of 2.4cm. i tested for possible pregnancy and all three test came out positive.

Uterine issues: Pregnancy can coincide with fibroids, although, ultrasound normally is able to reveal pregnancy unless it is way early in the course. Doing serial pregnancy hormone measurements may help determine whether the pregnancy is viable. Doing a repeat ultrasound in a week or two may help see the baby if it was too small at the time of the 1st ultrasound.
