Swollen gums: Not sure where your picture is. I would start with a dentist. Salt water gargles, magic mouth wash, antibiotics may be helpful depending on the course.

See dentist: See a dentist asap. Swelling means infection and there are no medications alone that will cure this. Gentle brushing and flossing to keep your mouth clean and ibuprophen for any pain will help until you see a dentist.
