Too much running.: That's a lot of running. That amount of running is likely not necessary for your general health and would probably promote body catabolism rather than optimal health and well-being.

20mi day??!!: I've run many marathons. A marathon is ~26.21 mi. So you run 2/3 a marathon/day. Its not possible! As a runner, I know that the distance run each day is always miscalculated. Drive it in your car. If 20mi its too much. Heathy = 6-8mi daily 5d/week, +1 long run start low and work up so start at 10 incr to 15max 1 REST day/week to marathon train.For gen exercise 5mi/day =enough! Your hips will go!
