Relative: Age, gender, genetics, health, training, background all factors. Not to mention altitude, indoor/outdoor, surface, weight, height , stride, etc. Anything around 5 - 6 minutes would be approximate.

1km- 5 minutes: would be a good time. Don't compromise your goals by doing “extreme” training. Train smart and listen to your body.
