Maybe: Lasik surgery can be performed on a lazy eye. The price is the same as for regular lasik. The big thing to understand that you cannot correct the lazy eye by doing lasik surgery. While you can reduce the prescription, you cannot usually get the vision to be better than the lazy eye is capable of seeing. A careful discussion with the surgeon is needed.

Yes: Technically, this can be done without difficulty. You must discuss with your surgeon the expectations / goals for the eye. Even with a perfect treatment, the vision will likely not be beyond your current vision with glasses/contacts. Price for lasik varies greatly and usually depends on technology used.

Why bother: If you are an adult who has true lazy eye- otherwise called amblyopia, the brain has decided to turn off most of the visual input from the weak eye. You can do Lasik if you want, but the brain will not turn it back on. You need to consult with several docs before you go down this road. Steer clear of the cheep volume based programs.
