OCT of Optic nerves: If one of the pupils is dilated then it may be an emergency aneurysm. See an ophthalmologist or a neurologist urgently. If not, you need to have an oct exam of the optic nerves to see if the blurriness in the lazy eye is loss of nerve fiber layer. Oct can also show if you have a condition known as benign intracranial pressure. Then your eye doctor will refer to a neurologist for a spinal tap.
