Probably not: It's a great question an one that often stumps gastroenterologists! chronic inactive gastritis is seen on many healthy peoples' egd. It's really non-specific. Crohns of the stomach will usually show active gastritis. So, i think that your pathology is really not indicative of crohns of the stomach.
