Does over-the-counter fibro work on fibroids?and what side effects if any?

Not sure: Fibroids are benign tumors of the uterus. They are associated with painful, heavy periods. I am having trouble finding what 'fibro' is exactly. My guess is that it will be ineffective unless it contains something like Ibuprofen or naproxen.
