Minimal: Some women will experience menopausal symptoms after uae. This is very unusual in women under 40. Women 45 and older have at least a 15-25% chance of never having a period again after uae - which is almost always a welcome effect. Other long-term complications are very rare. The particles do not migrate or cause any long-term reactions.
