Pain in Pregnancy: Acetaminophen is one of the only truly safe long term options for pain relief during pregnancy. NSAIDS (ibuprofen, Naproxin, etc) can cause bleeding, and Opioids can cause addiction and severe problems for your baby. Talk to your OB about the best plan for pain relief during your pregnancy.
