Focus on college: Assuming you stick with pre-med in college, mcat is heavy on basic physics (which can be taken in high school), biology, chemistry and also math including some calculus. Most medical schools will have a minimum course requirement with these classes but you need not major in science necessarily.

As many AP classes: As possible! especially in biology ; chemistry. Physics ; calc are helpful also. Be well rounded! continue art or music if you excel! volunteer at a hospital, join your medical explorers group. Business would be helpful if you might want to own your own practice someday! get involved in community service! write everything that you do, or are awarded from the beginning of freshman year.

Confusing: What is a 22-year old still doing in high school? It is possible for you to become a doctor, but your educational trajectory to date is quite unconventional, so you need to be prepared for some skepticism and tough questions. Do what the others have suggested, as you will need to prove yourself over and above your peers, but also think about how to answer the unusual aspects of your history.
