I did not have the: Knowledge base to answer this question. Briefly attended grade school in scotland. When trying to review this topic, i came upon this article: http://uk.Answers.Yahoo.Com/question/index?Qid=20120520100025aa0lnxt. Although not written by a professional, it appeared to have helpful information. Looks like there is more than gcse's that go into the equation.
