No, not on the free HealthTap platform, such documents are based on physical findings at the time the events took place. The document you have has to be used if accepted by your school.

This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer questions about health conditions. It does not offer scripts/notes/order tests or do other direct patient care. Such notes are legal documents that must be provided by the doctor that can provide verification of the case. Their notes are subject to scrutiny by the medical board. Talk to your Dean and provide whatever evidence you have.
