May not be the neck: Nerve pain/sensation in the hand, if coming from the neck, will typically be due to irritation of the nerve root at c5/6 or lower. Carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome may also cause nerve symptoms in the hand so careful examination (recommend emg/ncs) is important especially before considering any invasive neck procedures. C4/5 bulge may cause neck pain but should not radiate much below the elbow.
