A member asked:

Can i use cyclobenzaprine for a really bad carpal tunnel syndrome it wakes me up during the middle of the night with burning pain and numbness in both hands and shoulders and neck?

Doubt cyclobenzaprine would do much more than make you a bit drowsy, so, unlikely to quell nerve pain. A possible approach is use of nocturnal wrist splints from orthopedic supply store. See a hand specialist for more active interventional steps.

Doubt it will be beneficial. Recommend a nighttime cock up wrist splint to maximize the canal opening and reduce pressure on the nerve that is created by typical sleeping position. You should get an evaluation by a hand surgeon.
