Monitor: Hi, its difficult to clinically make a call if the diarrhea is c diff related or not. Clindamycin on its own can cause diarrhea. The best course of action is to consult with the physician who prescribed it and see if you can swap it. If the diarrhea stops after the swap then you have the answer. If it continues then stool tests need to be done for c-diff or other causes. Keep urself hydrated.
