Aerobic low calories: Aerobic exercise (cardio) at least every other day. Eat fruits and vegetables. Avoid saturated fats and simple carbohydrates with high glycemic index. Eat complex carbs like multigrain cereals and bread.

Don't Rx lab value: I'm going to assume this was your fasting triglycerides; levels mean nothing otherwise. Like many other physicians, I doubt the value of treating isolated elevation in triglycerides, but I'd urge you to get back into that intensive aerobic-fitness-focused lifestyle you enjoyed so much as a teen. Do it for your overall health, not just to treat a number. Best wishes.
