What kind of food that lowers the triglycerides?

Low fat: Avoid fats, uncontrolled diabetes and excess alcohol. If that doesnn't lower the tg to <500, medication is indicated.

High triglycerides: Triglycerides are made from excess consumed carbohydrates. Basically, when we eat more carbs than our body can use for immediate fuel, than the excess is converted to fat for storage and triglycerides are the intermediate conversion step between carbs and fats. That said lower your carb consumption to less than 35 grams per meal and triglyceride count should go down.
