Sleep problem can be due to both anxiety and depression.
“gaining weight rapidly” is likely due to painful feelings of hurt, resentment, anger, shame or guilt, becoming overwhelming and leading to have relief or pleasure from eating.
Alcohol and drugs use can increase anxiety and depression
