Monoclonal protein: Can be seen in mm and and nhl. Also entity of mgus - monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance. More work up is needed to sort all this out -- the first question is what is the magnitude of the m spike?

Very good morning doctors. I had blood work immunifixation. with no monoclonal proteins found. Does this rule out renal kidney multiple myeloma and/or renal kidney amloydosis?
Serum free light chain test shows normal kappa (8.7mg/dl), low lambda (3.80), high kap/lam ratio (2.31). Serum $ urine electrophoresis show no monoclonal protein, nor does serum immunofixation. Likely MGUS, myeloma, or admyloidosis? CBC/met panel ok.
