See your PCP.: The symptoms suggest possible bipolar disorder. However, to get properly diagnosed, see your pcp to rule out other medical conditions and get referred to a psychiatrist if appropriate. Sometimes steroids can cause these symptoms as well. Good luck, .

With these symptoms: Please seek emergent evaluation. An emergency room would likely be prudent. I can't diagnose someone on -line but would want to rule out bipolar disorder (mania).
