Twenty days ago i had laser eye surgery. immediately after the surgery i could see well from my right eye i still can't see from my other eye why?

Eye is still healing: I suggest you follow up with your ophthalmologist to determine the cause. It could be your cornea is still swollen and the eye needs more time to heal. It could mean that you may need an enhancement to fine tune your vision (especially if you were very nearsighted prior to the procedure).

Call your doc : Don't mess around with your concerning decreased vision. I'm assuming you had laser vision correction surgery, but if you were told to call your doc for any changes in vision, pain, flashes ; floater increases, you should do so right away. Even if you were not told, is be concerned. Your doc will help.
