What happens if i'm nearsighted and my eyes are still getting worse, would they get worse after laser eye surgery?

Safe LASIK: Lasik should be done when the glasses rx (refraction) is stable (ie:eye has stopped growing). Risks: regression-myopia can "comes back", dry eye, glare & haloes, infection, scarring, flap problems, need for enhancement, decreased vision. Risks of vision threatening complications are rare. See a conservative, experienced eyemd who cares about what is best for you.
