Splenomegaly: This can be due to numerous conditions, not all diagnosed simply by routine testing. Infectious mononucleosis and syndromes simulating this are common causes of splenic enlargement, as are a variety of hematological malignancies. Hopefully you are being seen and evaluated by a thoughtful pcp who can refer you elsewhere if necessary. Good luck.
