Many things radiant.: ..2 the upper back & 2 shoulder region. Sub diaphragm: spleen, stomach, splenic flexure of the colon, or air in the peritoneal cavity. Above the diaphragm: pulmonary, PE, pneumonia of any type. If rib imaging was normal U need a chest x-ray, & a CT of the chest/abdomen/pelvis. Good luck!
