Acupuncture is prob-: Ably the only one that you might not have tried or considered. Epidural shots of steroids, or radiofrequency nerve stimulation are another 2 options. Getting active with proper exercises, maintaining acceptable weight would be 2 more options. Maybe none of them, by themselves would be fruitful, but combining them is known to be helpful. If you are a smoker, quitting would be beneficial. Good luck.
